Lease import: from PDF to system in seconds
With our smart import tool, you just need to upload the PDF of an existing lease agreement. Our system uses OCR (optical character recognition) combined with a language model (LLM) trained to understand legal documents in Spanish. In seconds, it automatically extracts all relevant information: tenant name, property and unit, rent amount, start and end dates, adjustment clauses, guarantor details, security deposit, and special conditions.
Expense import: snap a photo and you're done
The same principle applies to expenses. Have a gas bill, a building maintenance fee, or a hardware store receipt for a repair? Take a photo with your phone or upload the file. The AI analyzes the document and automatically extracts: amount, date, expense category (utilities, maintenance, taxes, etc.), vendor or issuing company, and invoice or receipt number. You just need to confirm the data and the expense is recorded in the system, linked to the correct property.
Technology that understands Spanish documents
One of the key advantages of our implementation is that the AI model is optimized for Argentine Spanish documents. It understands CUIT tax ID formats, monotributo invoicing, cadastral references, and the typical structures of rental agreements under Argentine law.
